Deadly Accidents on Hwy 28, Full Moon Night, Author Talks & Yappy Hour

We search 100’s of local sources so you don’t have to.
Coming to you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Good Morning Las Cruces….
😢 Two Deadly Accidents on Highway 28….
In the span of just a few days there has been two accidents at the intersection of Highway 28 and Snow Road that resulted in deaths.
This intersection has long been a concern.

Cross traffic coming from Snow Road coming from either direction sometimes do not stop or pull out without looking for oncoming traffic.
I hope that the County would put in some rumble strips on Snow Road and better signage.
One potential issue is because of the concrete irrigation ditches the Hwy 28 road narrows here.
Just know that this is an intersection that you need to be wary of when approaching. Just be careful and safe.
