The Borderlands, El Paso and Beyond….

David Romo, a writer, translator, musician, and historian who lives in El Paso has written a new book called “Borderlands and the Mexican American Story”.
I have been following David Romo on Facebook for a while now and enjoy the historical photos and stories that he shares.
In all honesty, I avoid traveling to El Paso if I don’t have to go there but it’s nice to have it so close for those things we just can’t find here in Las Cruces. I just don’t like big cities 😀
There is so much shared history between El Paso and Las Cruces. The two cities will be forever intertwined. I find it fascinating. Just sharing in case you do too.
Local Business Promo….
Got a Local Business? Want to do a colab? Let’s do something like a giveaway contest together!
Are we missing any Events? Got an Event….
Let us know if we are not covering any events that you are interested in or if you have an upcoming event that you want to share. 🙂 Just reply to this email or send it to [email protected]
