Why Pilates?

Pilates is a fantastic way to stay active and boost your overall health, which can add some extra years to your life! In every class, we have a great time working on our balance, flexibility, and strength.

Our introductory offer starts with 3 private lessons. Mary Jane mentioned “Private lesson are the best way to get started. This way they are not so intimidated of the apparatus and the movements. I cringe when studios throw newbies into a class because they are so lost and don’t understand why they are doing what they are doing.”

Isn’t it time to get in shape? After the Holidays pilates would be an excellent way to get toned, build your strength and flexibility. Sign up for our New Student Introductory offer and let’s get started now in the New Year.
