Las Cruces Development Codes Updates….

The City of Las Cruces is holding 3 open house meetings in September where they will reveal a draft of upcoming proposed changes to the Development Codes.

“The primary goal of the code update is to implement the vision established within the Elevate plan, making the Development Code more user-friendly and ensuring compliance with State regulations.”

You will get to view the updated conceptual zoning map, which includes residential, commercial, and industrial areas.

This is a chance for community members to ask questions and provide feedback. The last update to this code was 2001.

These will be on September 10th, 11th and 12th. Please share. Read More
