Youth Ranch Management Camp: Apply by May 1

New Mexico State University’s Youth Ranch Management Camp is a week-long, college-level, hands-on experience for youth ages 15–19, held June 21–26, 2026 at the historic CS Ranch near Cimarron.

It’s a chance for teens to learn the real-world “why” behind ranching—everything from financials and marketing to land, wildlife, and beef production—and to explore future paths in agriculture and ranch management.

A total of 30 participants will be invited to this year's camp with three of those openings reserved for out-of-state youth, ages 15-19. Learn more
