She earned her comprehensive mat Pilates certification through Power Pilates, where she discovered the transformative power of mindful, intentional movement.
Lila is deeply passionate about movement, wellness, and lifelong learning.
When not in the studio, she enjoys music, holistic wellness practices, and staying active with her two golden retrievers.
Inspired by Pilates’ profound effects on both body and mind, she is eager to guide you toward greater strength, alignment, and self-connection.
